Our Story
An old story of the local folk tradition tells that a farmer, dragging his harvest with a cart, used to raise a dust cloud so strong to get “land wind” up to the village. That legendary wind, that memory of the past inspired Terra di Vento.
Our Estate
The estate is forty hectares wide, in a territory called Macchia Morese and located in the heart of the Monti Picentini. The privileged geographical position is characterized by a mild and sunny climate. The limestone and clay soils feed eight hectares of olive groves. Like a timeless place, halfway between the beautiful Gulf of Salerno and the surrounding rolling hills, Terra di Vento welcomes its guests with the scents, colours and flavours of our beautiful South of Italy. A journey into nature and imagination to find yourself and stay at peace with beauty.
