Our company can currently count on roughly six hectares of vineyards for production purposes, all under our possession, and seen both surrounding the cantina and on display in the south and southwest areas of our land. Our soil is characterized as chalky clay loam, upon which lie 5,000 plants per hectare. The vines are trained in the Guyot method, a method perfectly suited to the features of our vine species, soil and microclimate. The average age of our vineyards is approximately 15 years, our vines thus at the height of their vital cycle and able to reflect the distinctive and superior sensibilities of our land. Our current productive capacity is equal to that of about 35,000 bottles, a number which illustrates the great attention placed on limiting yields per hectare in order to ensure the highest possible quality.
